Career Summary
Chad has over 20 years of experience working with owners to achieve their project goals. He began his career designing industrial filtration systems for manufacturing facilities where he was able to utilize all aspects of his education along with his creative ability to take projects successfully from start to finish. With a desire to utilize the full breadth of his construction knowledge, he started his own construction company in Manhattan, KS where he managed all aspects of construction, honed his business skills, and further developed his client relationship skills.
Feeling a need to give back to the community, he joined Habitat for Humanity where he had the opportunity to pass along his construction knowledge and utilize his teaching abilities to support organizational goals. This endeavor led him to Homoly Construction, a Kansas City based construction company who is a leader in complex projects and sustainable building practices. At Homoly, Chad worked closely with clients to understand project goals and handled estimating and project management before becoming the operations manager. In this role, he utilized his communication skills to aid clients across a wide range of projects to achieve project goals.
In 2023, Chad joined the Eskie Team to work with clients from project inception through completion. Chad’s ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions accompany his persistence and dedication.
