Project Overview

Eskie + Associates is serving as Owner’s Representative for the Master’s Transportation Kansas City expansion. The project includes a 300,000 SF Production and Corporate headquarters facility in South KCMO, and a 20,000 SF service and leasing location for travelers and KCI airport use.

The Canyon Creek Apartment Homes project consists of 5 buildings with a total of 212 units. These are a mix of 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes. Amenities include a playground, dog park, a pavilion for recreational activities, and walking trail.
