In partnership with Walton Enterprises, Eskie + Associates served as Owner’s Representative to Hogan Preparatory Academy for the completion of Phase II of their campus renovation and expansion.
Eskie maintained project progress and lines of communications through an ownership and leadership transition in the organization. We executed furniture installation, punch list completion and closeout of the new 7th–8th grade building and elementary school addition.
In addition, Eskie led the scope development, design and installation of new playground equipment at the elementary school and coordinated with Hogan and City officials for execution of a PIAC funded bus lane addition. This included guiding Hogan through the Special Use Permit process with the Kansas City, Missouri and executing contracting and construction in compliance with City requirements.
