Right before their 5-year anniversary, Crux KC looked to expand their office space and relocate to a prominent location in Kansas City’s Crown Center District. Crux KC and Eskie + Associates formed a symbiotic relationship by providing necessary support to each other through our companies’ expertise and services. 

Crux entered a landlord tenant finish lease and brought Eskie + Associates on to manage their interest through the design, construction and FF+E stages.

Eskie managed the project to overcome lead time issues and coordinated with building management on access and deliveries in the multi-tenant building.
