Global law firm, Clyde & Co, sought to upgrade their offices in Kansas City. With the shift towards remote and hybrid work, the existing space needed significant alterations to better accommodate their on-site staff.

The Eskie team joined the project in February after interviewing with the global construction manager. We managed the project from concept to completion, which included hiring the architect and general contractor, working with the city for permitting, coordinating furniture vendors, and overseeing all vendors.

The project was successfully completed under budget, despite working within strict financial limits. With the cost savings, we were able to complete additional work for the client, further enhancing the space.
