The local headquarters for this international laboratory testing company outgrew their location in Lee’s Summit, MO and obtained land to build a new 110,000 SF lab, warehouse, and office facility with plans for additional future growth.

Eskie + Associates served as the Owner’s Representative responsible for managing the $33 million project budget and communication with local, national, and international company leadership. Eskie + Associates was also responsible for schedule and quality management.

Eskie + Associates guided Viracor through project challenges including changing programing requirements, weather delays, COVID procurement delays, and unforeseen soil conditions. Despite these challenges, Viracor relocated their operations to their new home in Spring 2022. Eskie + Associates continues to support Viracor in their expansion plans.
