Eskie + Associates is currently working with MRE Capital to develop 212 affordable housing apartments using state tax credit financing. The complex is being developed on a green field site in Lenexa, Kansas and includes development of a public street extension for 100th Street.

Eskie + Associates led the development process through Lenexa planning and city council as well as communication with neighbors and public to gain final approvals. We also worked with the design team, City of Lenexa, and local utility companies to coordinate the installation of utility services along 100th Street for future development.

Construction began in the spring of 2024 with occupancy anticipated in the spring of 2026.
