The Kansas State University Foundation looked to construct the 60,000 SF Phase II building in the Edge Collaboration District Office Park. This master-planned development was completed in August 2018. The building features a first-floor restaurant and expandable incubator office space, common area amenities for collaboration, and outstanding views of Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium.

Eskie + Associates served as the owner’s representative for the Kansas State University Foundation leading pre-construction, construction and FF+E management as part of their multi-year, on-call contract.

The project was completed on time and under budget. Over 2% of GMP was returned to the Owner in savings without sacrificing project scope. The project team received an Award of Excellence from Kan-Struct which facilitates collaboration between the design and construction communities.
