In April 2017, Eskie + Associates completed the development of a build-to-suit restaurant pad building for this new concept. The building is 6,000 SF with a 1,000 SF indoor/outdoor lanai and outdoor patio with a custom fireplace. The interior and exterior of the building were accented with several pieces of custom artwork and light fixtures. Part of the Lenexa City Center East development in Lenexa, KS, it had a prime location on grade with I-435 at 87th Street.
