SafetyCulture, an Australian technology company, desired to expand their North American headquarters in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The fast-growing company wished to invest in their employees by creating a space including a full-service kitchen, a connecting stairwell between two floors, and ample collaborative workspace.

Eskie + Associates came on early in the project to assist SafetyCulture with assembling a design and construction team and then provided representative services through pre-construction, construction, and occupancy stages.

Eskie + Associates navigated competing client agendas and multiple changes to keep the project within the initial budget. This included using our depth of experience and relationships to value manage procurement of kitchen equipment and AV equipment that allowed the client to increase costs in other areas of the project. Despite permitting delays and late owner changes, SafetyCulture’s new space was completed for occupancy in September 2022.
