Beginning in 2020, Quivira Falls Homeowner’s association solidified plans to proceed with the completion of their stucco residing program. Eskie + Associates oversaw managing the residing program for the remaining 90 homes over a 2-year period. Our responsibilities included developing an RFP for contractor selection, establishing cost of work per unit, tracking costs for the HOA and the individual homeowners, maintaining communication with homeowners, inspecting quality and tracking schedules. The Quivira Falls community consists of over 513 family units.
