The Eskie Update | Winter 2023

Welcome to the Winter 2023 Edition of The Eskie Update!

With the holiday season among us, we wanted to spread some gratitude and cheer to the wonderful clients and partners we have had the pleasure of working with. When you are building a project, you are also building connections and relationships. We know that successful projects are conceived, designed, and executed by equally successful teams. That's why we value communication, collaboration, and approaching each project with the same commitment, ensuring your project is in the best hands.

Thank you and happy holidays from your advocates, advisors, and friends here at EskieπŸ₯³

INDUSTRY NEWS

New Year, New Services!

Not every project starts from the ground-up, so we wanted to introduce our newest tenant improvement-focused service; Tenant Finish Representation. This division focuses on the construction of interior finishes for tenants, landlords and owners.

Eskie’s Tenant Finish Project Experience

With Director of Tenant Finish Troy Fuqua joining our team this year, his extensive experience at Corporate Woods added to his business knowledge at Axiom Flooring will help clients navigate through the tedious adventures of interior finish construction.

We are eager to take on more projects and help more people in the coming year. If you and your business are interested in changing locations or improving your space, let us know. Eskie + Associates is here to offer our full support.

ESKIE TEAM SPOTLIGHT

Erin Merrill loves this time of year for many reasons, a very important one being the chance to decorate for the season and spend time with her family.

Erin Merrill | Owner + Manager Partner

The Eskie-Merrill family loves to decorate after the week of Thanksgiving to get into the holiday spirit. Decorating the tree is one of their favorite activities.

Erin and her daughters

This is always accompanied by cups of hot chocolate, playing Christmas music on vinyl, and one of the kids climbing onto someone's shoulders to place the finishing touch on the tree.

Wishing you all a very happy New Year πŸŽ‰
