PROJECT UPDATES
Clyde & Co
Clyde & Co Kansas City – COMPLETE 🎉
Client: Clyde & Co
Project Size: $700K | 15,300 SF Tenant Finish
Project Partners: Evardy Construction | Lankford-Fendler | Scott Rice Office Works | KBID
Our Tenant Finish work at the Clyde & Co Kansas City office is complete! Maintaining certain elements of the original space, the new office pays homage to Kansas City through intricate murals of the cityscape and its iconic structures. A huge thank you to all who made the elevation of this space possible.
Salina Healthcare Clinic + Educational Training Center – PROJECT INITIATION 🩺
Client: Salina Health Education Foundation
Project Size: $44M | 88,000 SF
Project Partners: HFG Architecture
Our team is currently working on the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) selection process, with design scheduled to begin in February. Fundraising efforts are ongoing.
Master's Transportation
Master's Transportation Headquarters – CONSTRUCTION 🏗️
Client: Master's Transportation
Project Size: $70M | 320,000 Total SF
Project Partners: Miller Stauch Construction | Finkle + Williams Architecture | Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting (RIC) | Port KC
Work on the 33,000 SF Service Building is nearing completion, with the installation of owner equipment underway. Mechanical systems are being set up, and drywall installation in the office is scheduled to begin this month, followed by finishing touches. Occupancy is expected to start in early March.

Torah Learning Center
Torah Learning Center – NEARING COMPLETION 📋✓
Client: Torah Learning Center
Project Size: $3M | 7,600 SF
Project Partners: Baron Contracting | B+A Architecture | TriMark | Alpha-Omega Geotech | Sara Svehla
Over at Torah Learning Center, the majority of the project has been completed. Our team is working on a few punch list items and finishing work in the Mikvah. Work on the library will be completed mid-January with total project completion at the end of January.
MRE Capital
Canyon Creek Apartment Homes – CONSTRUCTION 🚜
Client: MRE Capital
Project Size: $46M | 5 buildings – 212 units
Project Partners: Schlagel | Streamline General Contractors | KTI | TranSystems
Foundation work for building one is done and projected to be fully complete in January 2026. Foundation work on the remaining four buildings is currently underway, with project completions occurring throughout the spring of 2026.
The curb, gutter, and asphalt tasks for 100th Street are largely finished, and the roadway project is anticipated to wrap up by March 2025. Sanitary and stormwater systems have been successfully installed at the apartment home site and along 100th Street. The water main installation and construction of the retaining wall are set to kick off this month. Additionally, power installation for the site is scheduled to commence in January, with wood framing slated to start in February.
Basehor-Linwood USD 458
Basehor-Linwood High School Addition – GROUNDBREAKING SOON ⏳
Client: Basehor-Linwood USD 458
Project Size: $60M | Bond 2024
Project Partners: McCownGordon Construction | HTK Architects | Schlagel & Associates
Construction is starting at the beginning of this month, with a groundbreaking taking place on Monday, January 13, 2025 will kick off construction on the new addition to the High School.
This project includes multiple science and math rooms, a new drama classroom, cafeteria, kitchen, and multipurpose space. Renovations will take place in the existing space’s bathrooms, choir, and band rooms.

Missouri Southern State University
Roy Blunt Health Science Innovation Center – CONSTRUCTION 🚜
Client: Missouri Southern State University
Project Size: $40M | 68,000 SF
Project Partners: Crossland Construction | CGA Architects | RDG | Pulse Design
Vertical Masonry is ongoing with multiple stair towers and elevator shafts complete. Steel has been delivered to the site and is expected to be erected in January. The concrete floor slab is planned to be poured at the beginning of the new year as well.

As a new official partner of the United School Administrators of Kansas (USA Kansas), Eskie + Associates works with administrators to help their construction or renovation projects start on the right foot or advise on how to get them back on track.
Our experts are seasoned industry professionals with a deep understanding of bond projects, construction, and renovation within K-12 education.
Our Services – Behind the Scenes 🎥
While Owner’s and Tenant Finish Representation are our primary services, Eskie + Associates specializes in and offers Construction Loan Monitoring (CLM) services to lenders.
All of Eskie’s CLM projects are overseen and managed by our Director of Tenant Finish Troy Fuqua. He performs project plan and cost reviews, reviews draw requests, validates change orders, monitors progress and close-out activities, and more.
Eskie’s recent CLM projects have included Northland Christian School, the Digestive Health Specialist building powered by the GI Alliance, and Two Birds, One Stone, all located in Kansas City, MO.

It’s almost time for Wabash CannonBall Kansas City 2025!
Our team is excited to attend another Wabash CannonBall Kansas City event on February 28th, an opportunity for K-State Alumni in the Kansas City area to raise money for local high schoolers planning to attend Kansas State University. Having a handful of Wildcats on our project management team, Eskie + Associates is a proud sponsor of the event and eager to help future students on their educational journeys.

USA Kansas Uniting Leaders Conference 2025
The United School Administrators of Kansas (USA-Kansas) Uniting Leaders Conference will occur from May 28 – May 30, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in Wichita, KS. We are excited to attend this conference for a third consecutive year and proud to be returning as official partners of the organization.

With four siblings and a growing extended family, every year and gathering is another chance to help capture the fun times they all have together.
